Too darn scary so I bailed evey though I really liked it. Unless building
really takes off it's going nowhere from this price.

PCL - 01/12/2011 09:57:30 Sold 50 PCL @ $39.8601 - $1,982.98
Paid about $34 or $1,700

Everything's getting pretty high but that was the only scary one.

Don't blame you on that one. Don't see construction coming back for awhile and the PE is "non Thump like"!

The PE has to be ignored, doesn't work right with REITs, It closed the
trading day lower than what I sold it at but was up on Friday. I still
don't like that the dividend is more than the earnings, that never lasts
but I don't know if it'll grow into it or not.

Reviewing her other investments though I saw she had about $8,000.00
in an index REIT fund that's probably safer. I'll keep the more
aggressive investments for you regular non retirement money, at least
we can count off any losses on our income tax (at only 15% though)

Other assets will be lucky to earn anything close to 1%."

Click Here for the story I stole.

Dunno. I saw today that they're going to announce earnings January 31
after the bell.
