Still haven't gotten the 1099 from TDameritrade but finally
found it on the site and downloaded the PDF yesterday and
got started on the tax at Taxact.

Not much progress yet but I've studied what they're providing
to the IRS. I put in our social security amounts and must
have chicked the wrong thing and it tried to efile and
failed but said with our SS we didn't have to pay anything.
That'll change after I put in the rest of the info.

Finished. $12.99. About $1 an hour for the time I used it.

Owe no taxes. Left the money we'd payed in estimated taxes
in there for 2015. Real pain getting Honey to send in the
checks in a timely fashion for the estimated taxes.

Hope not to owe anything next year either but who knows.

Good deal! Owe nothing and done with the estimated taxes! I guess you have to count the rent money from the store? Probably hard to hide that. BTW- You got the March rent yet?

Sold BUD today. Made 22% on it but just can't see it going much higher.tthey announced they were going to buy back stock but I can't shake the fact that I haven't seen anyone buy a Bud at the tavern (any tavern) in years.

Side note 2 - You still holding CALL? Not sure how much longer I'm going to hang on to it. Slowly bleeding to death it appears.

Counted the store rent for sure and as far as I know everything
else we owed.  The amount was smaller for 2014 of course with
the months we didn't get anything.  Haven't gotten the March rent
yet, no mail at all today.  One more day or they're late.

We're keeping BUD forever I think, it's a keeper.  The earnings are
doing just fine, I don't drink it either but somebody does, mostly
Bud light here in the US I think.
